Italian Cream
Cake-Jody Puckett
Mix until well mixed:
2 stick soft butter
2 c flour
2 c sugar
5 egg yolks-one at a time
1 t soda
1 c buttermilk
1 t vanilla
1 small can coconut
1 c chopped pecans
Bake in 3 cake pans (8”) for 45 min at 350o
Cool completely.
Frosting:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1
lb xxx sugar
1 t vanilla
Sprinkle nuts on top of cake
