Orange Butter Cream Icing-Helen Behymer
1 (16 oz.) pkg xxx sugar - sifted. ( 3 3/4 c
)
6 T butter-softened.
3 or 4 T orange juice.
1 ½ t vanilla extract.
1/8 tsp. salt.
1 T grated orange rind
Beat with mixer at medium speed until very smooth. Add additional orange
juice if necessary until it reaches a good spreading consistency.
