Chocolate Icing-Old Fashioned

Bring following to a boil:

2 c sugar                     3 T cocoa

1 stick butter              ½ c cream

¼ c white Karo    1 t vanilla

Let mixture boil for 2 minutes.

Beat while hot until looses gloss
