Humming Bird Cake
Mix by hand until well blended:
1 ¼ c butter
2 c sugar
3 beaten eggs
1
½ t vanilla
1 t salt
1 t soda
1 t cinnamon
3 c plain White Lily flour
Add:
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c diced bananas
1 c chopped pecans
Bake in 3 round pans 25-30 min at 350o.
Icing:
Mix until smooth in mixer:
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1
c butter
2 lb xxx sugar
2 t
vanilla
Add ½ c chopped pecans
Ice cake
