Fruit Cocktail Cake-Flossie Boyatt
Mix: 1 ½ c sugar
2 c plain White Lily flour
2 t soda
Add: 2 eggs
juice from #2 can fruit cocktail
Mix well and fold in fruit cocktail
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan and sprinkle top with ½ c brown
sugar and ½ c chopped pecans.
Bake 30 min at 350o
Topping
Boil following 5 to 8 min:
1 c sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 stick soft butter
Pour on cake while topping and cake are both warm.
