Coconut Icebox Cake
Bake one box white cake mix
by pkg directions in 13 x 9” pan.
As soon cake comes out of the
oven, punch full of holes with a fork.
Mix 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
and 1 can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut (8.5 oz can found in mixed
drink section of grocery).
Pour over hot cake.
Let cake cool completely.
Ice with 1 (8 oz) tub Cool
Whip
Top with grated coconut
Cover and refrigerate.
Better made a day ahead of
serving.
Freezes well.
