Blackberry Jam Cake-Libby Lightner
Mix in mixer:
1 c butter 2 c sugar
3 egg yolks 1 c blackberry jam
1 t soda 1 c buttermilk
3 c flour 1 t cinnamon
1 t salt
Fold in 3 stiff egg whites
Bake 30 min at 350o.
Use Caramel Frosting-Ida Chism to frost
