Apple Cake

Mix together:

1 ½ c Wesson oil                    1 t soda                2 c sugar               2 t baking powder           

3 c plain White Lily flour    1 t cinnamon                    2 eggs                         1 c buttermilk      

1 c chopped pecans             3 c diced apples            1 t salt

Bake 35 min at 350^o then cool.

Topping:

Boil:     ½ c butter             1 c brown sugar            ¼ c milk

Put in mixing bowl and add 1 ¾ c xxx sugar.

Beat until smooth and creamy.
