Angel Food
Cake
Beat 12 egg whites and 1 ½ t. cream of
tartar until stiff peaks form
Add ¾ c sugar 2 T at a time.
Sift in mixture of 1 c plain White Lily flour
and ¾ c sugar and ¼ t salt.
Add 1 ¼ t vanilla.
Pour in angel food cake pan. Bake 40 min at 375o
Invert pan over pop bottle neck to cool.
