Zucchini Bread-Nita Antoine
Mix together:
3 beaten eggs
2 ½ c sugar
2 t vanilla
1 t orange extract
1 t lemon extract
1 c butter
¼ t baking powder
½ t nutmeg
1 t salt
1 t orange peel
1 t lemon peel
½ t ginger
2 c shredded zucchini
½ chopped pecans
1 ¼ c plain White Lily
flour
Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at
350o
