Zucchini
Bread
Mix 10 eggs, 2 ½ c oil and 5 c sugar .
Blend in 1 (2
½ lb) bag of White Lily Self-rising flour, ½ t cinnamon and 5 finely
ground average zucchini.
Mix well.
Add ¼ can chopped walnuts
(48 oz can) and ½ T vanilla
Bake in 3 loaf pans at 275o for 1 hour
Cool in pan for 10 min.
