Peach
Brandy Bread
Mix:
10 eggs, 1 ½ c oil and 1 ( 1 lb) box brown sugar
and 1/3 c brandy .
Blend in 1 (2
½ lb) bag of White Lily Self-rising flour, ½ t cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add ¼ can peaches (6 lb 10
oz can), ¼ can chopped walnuts (48 oz can) and ½ T vanilla
Bake in 3 loaf pans at 275o for 1 hour
Cool in pan for 10 min.
