Coffee Cake-Mrs. Gin Chaudoin

Mix:

2 c White Lily plain flour                               1 ½ c sugar

3 t cinnamon                                                   1 stick butter

Save scant ½ c of above mixture for topping.

Add:

1 egg                           1 c buttermilk

1 t soda

Pour in bundt pan.

Top with reserved dry mixture.

Bake for 25-30 min or until straw comes out clean at 350^o

Glaze if desired.
