Bran
Muffins
Mix by hand and then bake at
325o in lined muffin pans until they rise up,
brown slightly and straw comes
out clean:
2 c boiling water
5 t soda
2 c melted butter
2 c sugar
4 eggs
5 c White Lily plain flour
1 t salt
2 c all-bran cereal
2 c wheat germ
2 c 40% bran flakes
1 qt buttermilk
2 c raisins
2 c pecans
