Spoon Bread
Boil 1 ¼ c white meal and 3 c hot milk until thick and cool.
Add:
3 eggs
1 ¾ t baking powder
2 T butter
1 t salt
Beat by hand for 10 min.
Bake in heavy pan 30 min at 375o.
