Crescent Rolls-Jane Puckett
Bring to easy boil until milk
is scalded:
1 c milk
½ c butter
½ c sugar
1 t salt
Let cool.
Add:
1 pkg yeast
3 eggs
4 ½ c White Lily plain flour.
Knead well.
Divide into thirds.
Roll out like pie crust and
cut into 8 pieces.
Butter. Roll up each slice
starting at big end of slice.
Let rise
Bake 10 min at 400o
