Corn Bread

Mix:

1 c self-rising White Lily flour                       1 ½ c self-rising White Lily Corn Meal

2 eggs                                                             1 ½  T shortening

Milk to make a very moist batter

Pour into hot and oiled cast iron skillet.

Bake 15-20 min 450o
