Place ^{1/₄ c ground Maxwell House coffee}, any variety in filter in brew basket of coffee maker and sprinkle with ^{1/₄ t ground cinnamon}. Place ^{1/₄ c firmly packed brown sugar} and 1 c apple juice in empty pot of coffee maker. Add 3 c water to the coffee maker; brew. When brewing is complete, stir until well mixed.
Great Substitute: Substitute ^{1/₄ cup of honey} for the brown sugar.
