Dandelion Wine
Over 2 qts of dandelion blossoms
pour 1 gal of boiling water.
Let stand 24-48 hours.
Strain through cheese cloth.
Add:
juice of 4 oranges
3 lemons
4 lb sugar
¼ cake yeast.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Put in 2-3 gal crock.
Tie muslin on top of crock.
Set in cellar for 6 weeks.
Strain and bottle.
Should age for 1 year before being
served.
