  1. Notice of Meeting

  2. Conference: On April 28, 2001 there was a successful symposium at the Wu Conference Center entitled "The Role of Archaeology in Aboriginal Rights Litigation". The conference website can be found here

  7. James F. Pendergrast Award: The Canadian Archaeological Association has established an award to recognize exemplary contributions to Canadian archaeology by an avocational archaeologist. This award was established through the generous support of the Pendergast family in 2000 to honour the memory of a dedicated Canadian avocational archaeologist, the late James F. Pendergast (1921-2000).

    L'Association canadienne d'archéologie vient d'établir un nouveau prix d'excellence, le prix James F. Pendergast, qui sera attribué à un archéologue amateur en reconnaissance d'une contribution exceptionnelle dans le domaine de l'archéologi canadienne. Le prix a été proposé en 2000 par la famille Pendergast afin de rappeler la mémoire d'un grand archéologue amateur canadien, feu James F. Pendergast (1921-2000).
