So u will wonder how expensive high quality wheels suits with a cheap bike frame !! But still, it can go up to 40 something kph easily on King's road. So dun look down upon such combination. It's something like tuned up civic. Of course u cannot expect a civic can go faster than a porsche on a straight road, but it acquires the ability to cruise around on road without "beeps" from those enormous buses and vans on the busy dusty road. U can find an air-filled bottle at the frame of the bike, it's for the use of air-horn.
