This site is devoted to supplying film students and young
filmmakers with tips, links and connections to get their
low-budget films made, seen and hopefully distributed. The
hope here is that students can find the information they
need to get started and also make connections with
production companies and other filmmakers."
That is the formal explanation of the purpose of the
site, but what it is basically saying is that this is a site by a
filmmaker for filmmakers. Everything here has been put together to
provide you with the information you need to make great films and to
help others do the same. I'm trying to build a student filmmaker
community here that allows everyone to help one another and where
everyone can say what they want. It is for this reason that nothing is
censored and everyone is welcome. Anyway, enjoy yourself here and please
spread the word about the site.
One more thing, please submit your scripts
to the script section and also submit your short films for a
chance to be the featured film, but either way it will still
be promoted.
