What Are Animal Rightists?
What are ARAs?

Animal rightists, animal rights activists (ARAs), advocates, fanatics (ARFs), extremists, and radicals are people who honestly believe that the lives of animals are just as important, if not more important, than the lives of their fellow human beings are. They believe that any killing or use of any non-human animal by any human being is 'evil' and/or 'wrong'. They believe that the eating of meat (by humans) is 'murder' and that the consuming of eggs and/or dairy products is 'rape'. Some people only dabble in this 'cause', but for others it is almost like a religion or cult to them. Many of the more radical extremists go to the extent of stalking people on the street who are wearing fur or leather, and proceed to spray-paint or otherwise harass them, while others trash research labs and corrupt valuable scientific data needed for the welfare and advancement of our society. Some animal 'liberators' like to release captive animals (animals from research labs as well as from farms) into the wild or into human society where they only wind up causing problems and endangerment for people, other animas, and themselves. ARAs have also been known to harass hunters, fishers, and trappers extensively; if they aren't out causing trouble for us in the field, then they're working to get hunting, fishing, and/or trapping banned by state or federal law. Certain animal rights groups have attempted to enact laws that would, in effect, give animals much of the same rights that human beings currently have in our society, while at the same time take many rights away from people, and ultimately leave people with less rights in our own society than non-human animals! Furthermore, many ARAs are violent psychopaths who wish harm upon people who don't believe in animal rights, and many of these people are actually funded and protected by militant AR organizations who hire them to perform acts of violent terrorism against law-abiding people in the name of their 'cause'. In my opinion, these ARAs must be very sick and disturbed individuals to believe and act they way that they do.

Where do ARAs come from?

As people in general become more and more disconnected from the harsh realities of natural life (i.e. are not exposed to hunger, the elements, suffering, and the true nature of death; thanks to our growing and expanding technology) they, unfortunately, tend to lose much of their common sense and knowledge of these matters. Many kids, nowadays, are often raised to be totally spoiled and naive brats who ‘mature’ (using that term very loosely) into equally spoiled and naive ‘adults’. They grow up with their faces glued to TV sets depicting 'cute fuzzy animals' that can talk, have feelings, and act just like people do, and they shut out reality while no one ever bothers to teach them what is really important and true in life and what is actually just trivial, misleading, and/or completely false. These young people wind up lacking the basic understanding of and respect for other people, nature, and life itself that is so important to have in order to develop good strong morals, ethics, and a desire to practice good behavior towards other people in society. In the beginning, they tend to become bored very easily and seek out (or create) and attach themselves to certain 'themes', concepts, or groups that appeal to them, excite them, give them a 'rush', make them feel more powerful and/or superior to other people, give them a sense of ‘belonging’, ‘fitting in’, and/or ‘being cool’; although such things are usually just trivial and meaningless fantasies, and often turn out to be harmful (both to themselves and to others) in the long run, especially when reality fails to set into their minds. This process, I believe, is how most nonsense 'causes' such as 'animals rights' are spawned. It is a fact that almost all ARAs are 'urbanites' who have lived very sheltered/indoor lives; were born and raised in big-city or suburban areas and tend to stick to the urban environments as much as possible throughout their entire pitiful lives; they remain totally clueless about the harsh realities of nature as well as its many wonders. Also, just for the record, most ARAs are white, middle- to upper-class, and are either female or gay-male. Regardless, though, it is a very pitiful state of affairs, in my humble opinion, when we have any significant number people who are more concerned about 'animal rights' than they are about human rights and all of the other worthwhile causes out there that exist to help people AND animals around the world, which actually need and deserve serious support and funding, but are being ignored or neglected by these people who claim to be 'helping to make the world a better place'. Furthermore, ARAs have proven that they are not only just a nuisance to good law-abiding omnivorous people, but they are also a genuine threat to our freedom as well as to our safety! Many of them are prone to physical destruction of property and/or violence against people who disagree with them and refuse to conform to their strict (and rather insane) standards of eating, living, and thinking.
