We are not a law firm. We do not practice law or give legal advice. But, if you have a lawsuit pending concerning current debt, there is a good chance you may be able to stop the suit and negotiate with your creditor on the best terms possible.

We can also arbitrate and negotiate problem debts that have not reached the lawsuit stage.

% Fees are only charged after you are satisfied that the debt has been successfully settled.
If the debt is not settled to your satisfaction there is NO % fee.

The objective is to reduce your problem business debt by 25% to 85%.

The kinds of liabilities arbitrated include:

• invoices and statements
• lawsuits and judgments
• workers compensation arrears
• delinquent property or equipment leases
• business loans and mortgages on business property

While the success rate is extremely high, should you for any reason not be satisfied with the negotiated settlement, you can always choose to proceed with litigation or any other alternative available to you.
